Job Interview Training
Whatever job your child is wishing to land, we have a plan for them.

In 3-4 weeks we will:
​
- CONDUCT mock interviews to emphasise their strengths and leverage their weaknesses (face-to-face/online)
​
- PROVIDE them with answering frameworks such as the STAR-L formula
​
- REVIEW & best enhance their CV for the specific job opportunity
​
- PROVIDE them with public speaking tips to spontaneously answer difficult questions on the spot to increase their confidence
​

ADF Interview Training
The Defence, Psychological and Officer Selection Board (OSB) interviews are the most important and hardest parts of the ADF application process that the majority of students fail in.
​
It requires the highest level of critical thinking on one's feet, ability to present and sell yourself to cater to the ADF standard and researched preparedness.
​
In 3-4 weeks we will:
​
- CONDUCT mock defence interviews in a face-to-face board room to mimic the real day as close as possible with personalised feedback upon completion
​
- CREATE a tailored framework based upon your child's experiences so they can gain a special recommendation
​
- TACKLE each part of the interview step-by-step to master each aspect
​
- CREATE a tailored fitness plan for your child so they can pass the Physical Assessment
​
- REVIEW and best enhance your child's CV to align with the ADF criteria
​

Scholarship Interview Training
Is your child in the middle of a university scholarship application? A co-op? A cadetship?

- PROVIDE them with verbal and non-verbal tips to enhance their confidence, charisma and presentability

- CREATE masterful answers based upon their experiences in line with the university's values to best stand out from other applicants
