Interview HQ was founded upon the lack of interview clarity and training provided to high school students during their education journey as they entered the real-world and next-stages of their lives.

Our founder, Mahir, after going through a traumatic incident in high school - had absolutely no idea what he wanted to do with his life.

​

He was tossing up multiple options with offers from many universities, the Royal Australian Navy and even taking a gap-year just to travel or start a business. 

​

It wasn't until one day, on the toilet, in New Zealand did he get a phone call from his friend who was applying for ADFA and needed urgent help and realised that there were probably hundreds of other students in the same boat as him as it is all they want to do after graduating - to join the army, navy or air force. 

​

So what did Mahir do?

 

He sat down and figured out the fool-proof framework to tackling the 3 most common interview situations that high school student find themselves that had helped him land jobs working with Channel 7 & the Sydney Harbour Bridge and now is helping as many high school students as he can who want to do the same.
